We are equipped with 500 Kg Capacity Induction Furnace along with all the allied equipment for moulding, fettling and testing etc.
We are using CO2 moulding process as well as no bake binders (3 Part).
Maximum weight of single piece casting can be upto 400 Kg.
Our Installed capacity for High Ni. Cr. Castings is upto 300 MT per year. We can take up sand casting jobs starting with 8% Ni. upto 80% Ni.
